I was tired and I wasn't going to walk regardless. I did do an hour long workout....I can't "kill" it everyday.Gilad's - Ultimate Body Sculpt - Cuts & Curves (Total Body) - 1 hourGilad uses tubing, light weights and heavy weights.He killed my legs AND my arms! I did more push-ups than I usually do YEAH ME but not as many as I was suppose to The Pylo push-ups killed me so I only did two of them from my knees.Gilad doesn't mirror in this workout but he reminds you of which side he's on and is awesome and reinforcing proper form.He said something interesting about Pylo, he said that it is where muscle speed and muscle endurance come together, is that a good definition?Carolyn - I have 1 or 2 tapes of Gilad's hour long Total Body Sculpt on VHS, I should copy them to my dvds and add them to my rotation...I love Gilad, he's very encouraging....SMILE!
