Guest guest
It depends on your Dr and how honest and clear one is regarding their total " regular average " alcohol intake. I kept a food diary for 2 months and highlighted the alcohol: 2 per month. I am allergic to yeast so beer and wine is out. I am allowed one " shot " of the hard stuff per month. This is my favorite time of year! I get 1oz of Apple Pucker in warm cider this month! I'm saving that one drink for a scavenger hunt costume party later this month! A food diary really helped me see what I was eating (very little junk food but lots of starchy stuff) and drinking- WAY too much tea. Keeping one of these may help when discussing alcohol intake with your rheumy. Dalanne Sunny, warm, but harvest-dusty Central Illinois > > Hello Everyone... > > Ros brought up an interesting point. I know it's probably not a good idea to drink " hard liquor. " But is it okay to have a glass of wine? Just wondering. > > Take care, > > Shanyka in CA >
