Is another psych med really the answer? If anyone can answer these questions, I'd be grateful. See AOL's top rated recipes and easy ways to stay in shape for winter. Guest guest Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 So what's everyone's gameplan for 2008 in regards to recovering from PSSD? I just took my first dose (75mg) of Aurorix and plan on doing a 4- 5 week course, eventually ramping up to 150mg. I'm also planning on giving Cialis another shot. I don't expect to be " cured " , but I am expecting further improvements. I will also continue with my exercise regimen, fish oil, plenty of protein/vitamins/minerals and perhaps a few more sauna sessions.
