Dorothy...they have changed rules over the years...it used to be retroactive

until...whenever! Now, I believe they will only go retroactive one year.

Someone will correct me if I am wrong! I think this stinks for folks.

Mine that was just approved last month is retroactive for 23 months! in

Well, it would seem to me that if it takes over a year for an appeal, that's

criminal! There's something wrong with this system. The people that need

the assistance should be able to get it and at the very least, should be

able to recoup the funds going back to their original claim.
