Guest guest
That Ice Chamber workout sounds awesome! Losing it a little is okay, especially when you get right back on. Figure out why you probably lost it and see what you can set up in advance to help make sure it won't happen more often. You're awesome, !To: exercisevideos Sent: Wed, July 25, 2012 11:33:32 AMSubject: Tuesday and Wednesday morning I decided to have an easy day yesterday since Wednesday morning is hard! Yesterday was completely stressful at work. I got my 15,000 steps in through a walk/BART commute, but I lost it a little when I got home. I went over my food goal. I just lost the connection. This morning I did a bike/BART commute and then joined my coworkers for a 7:00 A.M. "Ice Chamber" workout at the park. It was foggy and muddy. It consisted of some serious calisthenics for 50 minutes: squat jumps, medicine ball slams, tall box climbs, bear crawls (I subbed lunge walks), jump rope, low jacks, rows with bands, planks and some other goodies. It was actually loads of fun. I'm getting ready to start my shift. I will need to check in tonight to make sure I keep the flow going. Guest guest
, thank you!I love that workout. The trainer is so good. It's hard, but I am surprised at how much I've enjoyed working out with others. I normally prefer solo workouts.Behavior modification is hard! I did better with the food the next day, and last night I went a bit over, but not by much. It mostly happens when I'm exhausted.Angelcia That Ice Chamber workout sounds awesome! Guest guest
I hear ya on trying to change behavior! It IS hard!! Tiredness makes it that much harder too. We're more likely to give into impulses (we means me too, big time). To: exercisevideos Sent: Fri, July 27, 2012 10:56:49 AMSubject: Re: Tuesday and Wednesday morning , thank you!I love that workout.
