spin.. back on track

to working out and dieting... I am going to focus on cardio for a bit as I need to drop fat and that does it for me.. I want to get in habit of min 150min of cardio a week then add back in 2 strength trainingso spin class had my usual 1 person.. met with manager and they have pressure from corp golds to have 50% of capacity in all group ex classes or make a change.. so in June either they will change time or change person BUT.. as long as I sub 1 time in 90 days I can keep my membership.. yea!so all is goodjudy
