Guest guest Posted July 27, 2012 Report Share Posted July 27, 2012 Hi Everyone,Quick post, I'm running off to a work meeting. :(Today was 2 miles of - Red and Yellow miles and Blissology's Quickie practice for Friday. Today's Blissology was pretty challenging (either that, or I was tired!) He includes a lot more 'strength building' postures and poses in this one - a lot of planks/side planks, and abdominal series, etc. It was good, but not really what I was looking for today ('restorative' would have been better).When I come back from vacaton I may try a week of Blissology & light cardio (walking, etc.) to see how it all flows together.
