3 mile run around the river + stretches

It is a gorgeous day outside, and since gloom and doom are back in the forecast starting tomorrow and the ever crippling Leg Day with Noel is also tomorrow, I thought I'd take advantage of the sun and get a few miles in.  It felt wonderful, and afterward I did pigeon pose, forward bending half lotus poses, and cobblers' pose to help stretch things out in addition to the immediate stretches I did at the end of the Hawthorne bridge after the run (standing quad stretch, standing figure 4 stretch, runners' lunges for calves)

The 10 minute shower of course, is perhaps the best part.  The scent of the afternoon is the long discontinued Bath & Body Works' Juniper Breeze.
