Good morning!

Just got home from walking the dogs. Got up at 5:30 to workout.

I think I'm doing Cathe's July rotation, but tweaking it a bit

Today was Cross Fire. My first time doing this one so I wanted to do it "as is". I see she has 12 premixes, something like that, so I think as many times as she has you doing these two workouts "as is' throughout this month I'll take those days to try some premixes.

The first section is "fitness blast" The moves were pretty familiar.

The next one is "fire walker tabata" This was the first time I got to use my fire walker band and I chose the peach one. This was kind of fun and different.

The next section is "circuit blast" she uses the fire walker band and hand weights. I used 3, 5, and 1 10 lb. This weight was plenty for me since my heart rate continued to stay high.

Next is the "ploy tabata" Again, familiar moves, but I liked this section.

She goes to the stretch at this point, but then after that she does a bonus abs. I want to do that one so I'll sub an ab day that Cathe has down in her rotation for this one.

This workout will be one that I will do on days when I have a lot of energy and I don't want a lot of chore and no stepping. This compares to her Hiit workouts, but I like it better. I also LOVE the music. She did good this time with that. This would also be good to use as an add on since she has several short sections to choose from.

I burned 476 calories, avg 154, max 181, steps 4,081

Have a great day!~~
