I MISS MY MORNING WORKOUTS.  I may go back to getting up at 4:00 and going to bed at 8:00.  It really is my natural biorhythm, and it helps keep me out of trouble!We are getting R50 next week so this is probably my last stab at R49..  I liked this one a lot!

Well... good for you... I can't even imagine having a schedule (or natural biorhythm like that) but good for you knowing what your body responds best too and doing it!
