It really is my natural biorhythm, and it helps keep me out of trouble!We are getting R50 next week so this is probably my last stab at R49.. I liked this one a lot! I can't even imagine having a schedule (or natural biorhythm like that) but good for you knowing what your body responds best too and doing it! (prefers to be a night owl but can't) went to bed at 5:30 pm, up at 2:30 am - so I did Turbo Kick this morning I MISS MY MORNING WORKOUTS.
