Donna, you ROCK!  I took a rest day yesterday and am going to crash when I get home tonite because I'm exhausted, but when I wake up from the nap I will do something.  I should do XF1 again.  I'm soooooooooooooo far behind!  You're going to be on week 7 by the time I start week 2!

Are you feeling stronger from this in any way yet?

Hi Everyone,

Today was the last time with Week # 2's workout from X-Factor.  It went well and I'm ready to move on to week # 3.  I'm 1/4 a way through the rotatoin already! :)

I added on the " Foundations " practice from Rodney Yee's Ultimate Power Yoga.  This one was great - I liked it better than the " restorative " practice (which had too many forward bends for my tastes).  It is not a very active practice - a lot of floor work and stretches - but perfect to do after a workout to help relieve muscle tension.

Tomorrow is my walk outdoors w/ my friend - we have to keep it shorter b/c I have some things going on in the afternoon tomorrow - but it will be good to get out.  I plan to do 20-30 min yoga in the morning.

Take care!Donna
