I do like this hope I can keep it up. While I am only doing it 2 times a week (not 3 due to work) I think I am getting results. Yesterday I had DOMS in my lower abs (which I didn't think exist) and then today felt it yea!! after the workout I did Week 1 Day 2 of Tai Cheng.. always does a 20 min neural reboot which is like a warm up but felt like cool down after X factor.. it consists of arm circles. leg movements, planks, forward bends and foam roller on calves (yea! - I got the nubby rumble roller.. ouch but in a good way).
