Is the Body Bar portion like some of her other workouts where its like a combat workout with a bar? So it's still martial artsy? Or is it more like weight training with a bar? I know you didn't do this portion this morning but I was curious. No biggie if you dont' know, I'm not even 100% sure I have this one but I *think* I do.. Hugs!
