I wore my 1 lb gloves for the shadow boxing. That was so much fun. You really have to have your thinking cap on to get all those punches down. My arms were nice and warm going into the back work. Lat pull down w/band T-pulls Y's Pull ups /Chin ups- for both of these I did pullovers (12/10/8 reps) 34 DB BB rows 12/10/8 reps 65 BB rows (back off) 40BB 20 reps One arm horizontal rows 12/10/8 30 One arm horizontal rows (back off) 20 DB 12 reps Dead lifts- skipped I added GS BSB cool down. I burned 314 calories, avg 123, max 157, steps 3,563 My numbers weren't really high but I really liked this combo.
