the ammino acid arginine and carnosine, ive took both. arginine had a

slight effect just started on carnosine to early to tell about that

and hard to compare it with arginine as my pssd is much improved sine

i tried arginine.

Its a good idea to go for a jog whilst taking it. It helps that stuff

to synthesise a bit better.
