Thank you so much, you are always such a big help. I see the doctor

tomorrow. I have your list of questions going with me. If this has

anything to do with the RA, I want everything sent to the Rheumy. I will

let you know tomorrow.

Thanks My Friend,

Lynn

Hi ,

I saw the doctor yesterday and my eye is better. Actually he is

surprised at how fast it is healing. He said it is not the Ra. If it was

it would be in both eyes? I will ask the Rheumy. He is going to do a

complete eye exam next week. He doesn't feel it is anything to worry about

at all. I did ask if this could happen because I came off the predisone so

fast, he said no. I am still worried but I will see what next week brings.

Since infections and healing were a major problem when I had the whipple,

I am glad to hear this is healing so well.

I will let you know.

Thank you so much for all your help,

Lynn

So, did you see your ophthalmologist, Lynn? So what did this doctor say the

problem was?

If it is the RA, it would make it more likely that both eyes would be

affected.

Yes, he said it is not the RA, if it was it would be in both eyes. He said

it is nothing to worry about but he will check out my eye completely next

week. I think he feels I was over reacting to everything. I don't this is

my eye and I want to protect it. I just wasn't happy with him yesterday. I

know he had been on vacation and was having a lot of patients yesterday. I

don't understand why the test couldn't have been run yesterday. Maybe

though he wanted the eye to be completely healed. I felt good that I was

healing so fast, a lot different from five years ago. I still don't wonder

if it wasn't an infection from the week before, when there was something in

my eye. He tells me no but I am not sure I agree. I am having my records

sent to the Rheumy just to get his opinion.

Thank you for helping me!!! You are great and always there for everyone.

Thanks My Friend,

I will let you know what happens.

Any suggestions on what to ask, will be welcome.
