Good morning!

Today was 4DS Kick Box. This one includes 30 minutes of kick boxing and then leg work. It ends with abs, but I skipped that since I already done it last night (thank God)!!

Here's how the leg work went:

Round #1

BB squats- warm up 20

BB squats 35

Dead lifts- skipped

Round # 2

Plie squats 30

Leg press 20

Round #3

Low plane lunge 10

Leg press/outer thigh lift ( 3 lb ankle weights and 12 DB)

Round #4

Seated outer thigh (with band)

Squats 40BB

I burned 392 calories, avg 134, max 173, steps 4,145
