i got this test today, ive mixed it as accurately as i could.

you add 5ml of the solution with 60ml of water, then take 5ml of the

mixed solution and swirl it arround your mouth for 10 seconds.

1) if its tasteless like water then you are low on zinc.

2) if its slightly dry furry, mineral like or a sweet taste develops

after a few seconds your marginally low.

3) a definite taste which intensifies with time means a marginally

positive result.

4) and finally a strong unpleasant taste noticed immediately, means a

positive result.

my results were probably in between 1 & 2 as it tasted like water for

the about the first 5 seconds then some dry taste stated to come

through that went sweetish.

so it looks like im zinc deficient even though ive been taking it on

and of for a while now, im going to up my supplants of zinc and

retest in a month.

i recommend this test for anyone wanting to get an idea of there

status, its cheap and you can also drink it as a zinc supplement

instead of spitting out the solution after the test.
