Guest guest Posted May 4, 2012 Report Share Posted May 4, 2012 , I hadn't eaten for around 5 hours and went into heavy cardio on an empty tummy. You deplete a lot of your glycogen stores int he first 20 minutes or so of heavy cardio so I started feeling a bit clammy, light headed, and seeing stars at the 40 minute mark. If I had continued I may have fainted in another 30 minutes. You'll know it when you feel it glad I had the sports beans handy! Which reminds me - off to place another package in my gym bag!
