Good for you for not giving in on your two days off. I'm sure you REALLY needed it. Sorry about your physio's not doing the therapy anymore. You're right about the hot tub. A lot of people don't have that pleasure. Hopefully you can find some home remedies that can help a little bit. It sounds like the rebounder was just what you needed.
