Guest guest Posted May 4, 2012 Report Share Posted May 4, 2012 Happy Friday!! This morning I did Pyramid Upper/Lower Body Combo Premix.. Here's how it goes. She only does the "up" pyramid with all the exercises. I used DB's for all of this and my long step with 5 risers. LEGS: Squats 12/15/20 Leg Press 12/15/20 Chest- 12/15/20 Back pullovers 15/20/25 rows 12/15/20 LEGS: Leg press- I skipped this one. Not sure why she repeats it, but I chose to not do it again. Lunges 12/15/20 Shoulders 3/5/7 LEGS: Dead Lifts- skipped Calves (3 sets of 12) Triceps (for the kickbacks I did lying extensions using 5/8/10 and for seated overhead extensions I used 15/20/25 ** I had in my notes that I didn't feel the triceps much so that's why I changed it up with the lying ext.
