This morning I did The FIRM Lower Body II (or was it 1, I can't remember) with Libby as lead. I really like this workout and really enjoy Libby's instruction. Just 30 minutes and not horribly challenging but enough to feel like you got a decent workout. I went with 8s on the weighted portions and will try 10s for most next time. It is all, except the warm-up, done on the floor. She stretches you out after most sets of exercises and emphasizes the importance of stretching several times. There's also intervals of ab work that are not too hard either but still feel really good. This was just right for me today. DH needs the computer again so I'll check in later tonight probably.
