A most brutal Leg Day with Noel

So it was my last session with Noel for awhile so I went out with a bang with Legs.  My upper body is too sore to do the other workouts anyway... but those don't fill me with dread like Noel's Leg Day does.   I grunt and seethe loudly to fill the room to help push the weight up... I'd be thrown out of Cascade if I were doing that there. 

Tonite seemed harder than usual.  It's like, " is scrunching her face like she's in pain!  -LET'S GIVE HER MORE! "   and ClAnK!  goes yet another 45 lb plate on the bar.  It really, really sucks while you're doing it and you count down the sets til the quad/butt portion is over.  Hamstrings were next, but then he insisted on doing shoulders so we did the Hammerstrength shoulder press machine and with dumbells did lateral raises - right in between 2 hunks that were already standing there doing shoulders too (thanks Noel!)  and then we finished off with another hamstring machine.

When I got off the first bus I almost stumbled out. OW OW OW.  I'll be feeling this one for a few days!DOMS ridden,

That sounds harder than any leg workout I've ever done. I hope you can walk today.
