Not feeling as hard core lately and feeling unmotivated in general.

That's how I've been feeling, . It will go away like it always does. The most important thing is that you're working out and that's something to be so super proud of. So many people are sitting on their butts doing absolutely NOTHING. You got in over 8 hours of workout, that's something to be so proud of. I also think adding that yoga will complete your workouts.

Hugs... thanks !  it does feel better to be back at work today, oddly enough!   Going to Zumba tonite and that always temporarily cheers me up.  I plan on getting up early tomorrow morning for Blissology - I know that more yoga will help too!  

I have sooooooo many virgin yoga practices, yet always do the same ones - Eoin Finn and the Body Wisdom dvd's.  I know that if I eat better that this will directly help my funk as well.  Eating for fuel as opposed to pleasure is tough, but must be done!  

Okay, done rambling!  I just hate feeling stuck in the doldrums of ennui, lassitude, samsara...
