PSSD or finasteride induced sexual dysfunction??

Hello Everyone,

I was on Finasteride(hair-loss treatment) for about a month in early

2003 and also on Feliz-S10(which has citalopram, same as Celexa) in

mid 2003 for about a month(20-30 tablets). Since then I have been

experiencing the same symptoms as PSSD. I am not sure that is due to

finpecia(finasteride) or due to the anti-depressant. In both cases I

was on a short course of the drugs. Its been six years now and I

havent recovered from it. I recently learnt about pssd and this group.

I also found out today that side-effects of finasteride can be

Can anyone please tell me if it is due to finasteride or citalopram.

Any remedies for finasteride induced sexual dysfunction.

Symptoms include:

absent libido

genital anesthesia

no orgasm

inability to maintain erection.

reduced semen volume.
