Coughs and sneezes are really painful today!3 sets of 10:chest press machine (so and I could each work on a machine at the same time since there aren't 2 tricep machines I chose this one) (30) 50, 50, 50 latpull machine as a rope pull machine, single pulley(30) 35, 30, 30 (sizzled!)supine dumbell extensions12's, 15's, 15's supine tricep presses15's, 15's, 15's (which were too light, but 20's are too heavy. At CAC we have 17.5's, which I appreciate)single arm kickbacks 12, 12, 12standing kettlebell overhead extension12 kg = 26.45 lbs, all three setsI was going to go to CAC tonite for Chest, but it has been raining nonstop today so I will probably do cardio at Studio LouLou tonite.
