Guest guest Posted May 21, 2012 Report Share Posted May 21, 2012 Hi Everyone, Today was cardio for me so I pulled out an older workout - Tamilee Webb's Tighter Assets Cardio Blast - a short (30-ish minutes) athletic floor routine - I added on the step segment from Tamilee's Tight On Time Body Blast - then I did the stretch from Tight on Time and the seated stretch from her Beginner's Stretch DVD.
