Good morning!

Today was triceps and abs. I started with Amy's Hip Hop Walk and did the warm up and chapter 4.

TRICEPS:12 reps 3 setsseated french press (1) 25DBLying tricep extensions 10Kickbacks (slow count with Cathe- 8 reps) 5Dips- 2 sets

I added on the wrist curls in the biceps section since I didn't do those yesterday. I used 12 ad 5's for that. I ended with the abs.

So with all of this it was around 55 minutes. I'm so super sore, have been all week. Love it!! I need a break so I'll be taking the weekend off from workouts.
