Good morning!

Today I pulled out the Slow & Heavy DVD. I decided to do all the upper body. To shorten it up I did just 2 sets of everything. That didn't help. This was SO FREAKIN' LONG. I should've timed this out to see how long it would take. I really should've known that this would be too long. I even had down to do the abs from bi's and tri's, but there was no way. I stopped after the first set of the side lying shoulder work because I was at an hour and 20 minutes. I did a short stretch and I was DONE. Good thing I had plenty of time this morning.

Here's how it went:

2 sets 12 reps

CHEST:Bench press 25Flys 25Incline bench press 25Incline flys 22optional set of S & H pushups- SKIPPED-

BACK:Rows (I did one arm rows) 32Pullovers 34Deadlifts-SKIPPED-

TRICEPS:seated french press 25/20Lying tricep extensions 12/8Kickbacks 7Dips- SKIPPED-

BICEPS:DB curls 15Hammer curls 15BB curls 25BB wrist curls -SKIPPED-Reverse wrist curls- SKIPPED-

SHOULDERS:

Front raise 10Side lateral raise 10Posterior delt 7Seated overhead press 12Side lying Ext. rotator 3 (just one set)
