Not only did your quote NOT MENTION being forced to take psychiatric

drugs,it is highly unlikely that this would be a likely result of this

plan. Every patient in every hospital in the entire country has a

legal right to decline medicinal treatment, it is practically a

constitutional right. The only exception are of course unconscious

people, child molestors who are given anti-libido drugs, and death row

inmates being executed.

Mt friend, here are the facts about psychiatry.

1) health insurnace + an appiontmaent to the shrink = a guaranteed

diagnosis.

2) Diagnosis always means drugs.

3) If the quack is especially greedy, he will claim on paper that you

are a suicide risk, which garuantees forced drugging against your will.

4)You can contest this by law, but in psych-court, it's a kangaroo court.

5) you are correct, the quote didn't mention this, but now I'm

illustrating the dangers of Clinton's asinine plan.

6) Research this: What are your rights when you are deemed a

section-12 case? AND - What are the odds that you will beat it?

7) In our current political disaster climate, the US constitution is

being destroyed. It certainly has an effect an the so-called " mental

health system " with disasters of the Bush administration.
