Guest guest Posted July 23, 2012 Report Share Posted July 23, 2012 Hi Everyone, Today I did Prevention's Fight Cellulite workout w/ Freytag which is basically a lighter interval style workout. 6 cycles - 2.5 min lower impact, 2.5 min higher impact, 1 min "blast" (but a mild blast compared to, say, Cathe!) I always enjoyed this workout! I was going to do the kickboxing routine from the 10 lb slimdown series, but my arms/upper body/chest are REALLY sore from the upper body circuit yesterday. Even my biceps are sore. I think it is more from the # of reps than the weights I used. Anyway, I figure I'll do the kickboxing later this week when my lower body is sore. I added on the short Monday practice from Blissology. A pretty nice -all-around routine. I like the way he adds pigeon pose in to a lot of his practices. I think tomorrow's practice is "front body" and I"m going to do a bit of cardio beforehand (mostly b/c I'll be in the office tomorrow sitting in a chair all day!) - if I have energy I will do one of the Firm Express cardio workouts, if I don't, I will do a couple of miles. I like the idea of cardio before the yoga.
