Where did the week go?

I woke up sore in my triceps and upper back, but no biceps, so far. I went ahead and went with what was on schedule and did Imax 3. I did just the 1-5 premix. That's all I had in me. My legs are STILL a bit sore. They let me know during the stepping.

After that, I wanted some ab work so I did Zero To Sixty abs and stretch. I LOVE this ab routine. It's short and burns just where it needs to.

I burned 330 calories, avg 143, max 189, steps 3,671
