What is "fish out of water"? I haven't heard of that.This is impressive.

50 standing side bends, first left, then right - 35 lb kettlebell 20 russian twists, feet off the floor, 8 lb medicine ball1 minute plank20 fish out of waterlying supine with heels to ceiling, 50 alternating toe touches (so 100 reaches total)

20 low back extensions on a stability ballon stability ball, 50 center cruncheson stability ball, 50 left elbow to right kneeon stability ball, 50 right elbow to left knee

1 minute updog1 minute hugging knees into chest

, I'm sure there's another name for it in Pilates - you start lying prone, legs and feet together.  Use your abs to lift your torso off the ground as much as you can, then you " swim " a breast stroke, staying up the whole time, no rest.   Hope that makes sense!
