50 standing side bends, first left, then right -  35 lb kettlebell 20 russian twists, feet off the floor, 8 lb medicine ball1 minute plank20 fish out of waterlying supine with heels to ceiling, 50 alternating toe touches (so 100 reaches total)

20 low back extensions on a stability ballon stability ball, 50 center cruncheson stability ball, 50 left elbow to right kneeon stability ball, 50 right elbow to left knee

1 minute updog1 minute hugging knees into chest
