Guest guest
Hi Dawn: That is great that you are feeling better and are ready to resume your classes. Finding the money to get an education is difficult sometimes. My son is looking into grants and student help at this time too, so that he can afford to continue his education - we are unable to give him any help right now. Maybe a grant of some kind would be able to help you as well - have you talked with the school counselor to see if there is anything out there which would help you to get the start up money? I will be keeping you in my prayers that you will be able to get back into school! Good luck! Guest guest
--Dawn. I would definatly go to the financial aide and the counselors offices and tell them about being sick. You can produce Doctors records to show how sick you were and what meds you have been on etc. and explain that now with the meds you feel better and want to continue with your education. Maybe there is a special program or grant that you can quaify for..you were not out there partying and missisng classes...you were sick. And now you are better....it is too bad that you didn't go see them last spring and withdraw, it would have put you in a better position now...but you were too sick to even think of that!! And that is understandable. Let them have the opportunity to help you before you just give up on an education. There is money out there for grants ...you just have to find it...and they are the ones who know where to look!! SO ask them for their help!! You are in my prayers...but you have to do your part too by going to these offices and asking for their help!....and let us know what they say.and what you are doing to be proactive about this ...meanwhile I'll do some praying.......jenna - In , Kathe Sabetzadeh <lv2ryd@...> wrote: > > > Hi Dawn: > That is great that you are feeling better and are > ready to resume your classes.
