Oh Indy, I feel for you, I hate getting PI - I'm really allergic to it, also, and I actually feel ill whenever I get it. Hope it goes away soon.

I've been very bad lately, and I'm blaming it on my ever spreading poison ivy. It started as small patches on my abs, but has spread all over. The bug bites have all faded, But the PI is still itching like crazy. The Benadryl doesn't help my motivation at all.I haven't done a workout in four days, and I'm 2 lbs up from my maintenance weight... :-( I'm planning on hitting the treadmill tonight whether I feel like it or not.Plus, I have an extended weekend coming up next week, when I spend the weekend at my in-laws. Luckily, my SIL understands that I don't need heavy desserts and often provides lo-cal snacks! Still...Indyrose,wallowing in a PI pity-party.. ;-(

That's no good, Indyrose! I've never had that, but it sounds so awful! I hope it goes away fast!
