Guest guest
Love gardening DOMS! I get an awesome shoulder burn trimming tall hedges! Yay Indy!Fresh veggies are the BEST I haven't had many DOMS lately, but boy, I'm feeling them from gardening! I just put in a 20' x 50' veggie garden -- cleared the area from last year's stuff, and spring weeds; rolled up and discarded last year's black plastic; roto-tilled the area; raked and fertilized; and planted 40 various tomato plants, 8 zucchini, 12 cukes, and 8 peppers. That should keep us busy when they all come ripe. Hams are particularly sore, with shoulders a close second! Crawling around, planting the plants was almost like yoga. Well, it's done! Now I can start my new job knowing the garden is planted. Indyrose, waiting patiently for the veggies to ripen!

Guest guest
I get DOMS every year when I plant my impatiens. It's not a huge garden but I plant several flats of flowers so I know my hamstrings will be barking again this year. I need to dig up some grass that has spread into my garden before I get the flowers. I will post pictures after I have planted my garden. Probably won't do that until the end of this Month.
