Guest guest
It turned out to be a yoga morning. I had a fair amount of DOMS in my glutes and legs from Vol 3 and Firm Strength. MYy feet felt terribly stiff this morning. I pulled out my trusty Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss because this one always delivers. During the workout, I realized my feet were stiff because my ankles and shins were super tight, as was my whole body. I could feel my feet relaxing especially during the chair pose sequence and the lunge pose sequence. By mid workout, I was able to get into hero pose. My feet wouldn't let me do anything like that yesterday. This was a blissful practice. It's a very quiet morning here. I had the windows open and could hear birds singing their little heads off. Ahhhh. I thought I'd still try Firm Cardio, but I got as far as the pushup segment, and I just did those yesterday, so I decided to call it a morning. Besides, I got irritated looking at all that lipstick! Wow. OT: I'm really trying to streamline my life. It started with getting rid of facebook and twitter, and now I'm looking at my logs. I'm going to let go of the spreadsheet and see if I can do all my logging on the Fitbit site. I'm overanalyzing stuff that isn't critical. I am still going to log calories, but I'm not going to enter individual foods or track nutrients. Instead, I'll keep a simple food log in the little notebook that I always carry around, and then enter the total calories into fitbit a couple of times per day. This needs to be simple and easy because life is hectic, and the complicated extra stuff gets neglected. Bottom line: I want a very simple exercise log and a very simple food log. Happy weekend,
Guest guest
.. I pulled out my trusty Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss because this one always delivers. I have a few go to routines that I wouldn't trade for anything. Funny, I don't own this one lol. I might have to check into it. I love your plan of simplifying everything. I know there are things I record for myself personally that I never go back to and look at. That's when I start to question why I even do it. My food log is something I do keep track of everyday, it keeps me in balance with my daily intake. `* ¸*´¸.•´ ¸.•*¨)¸.•*¨)(¸.•´(¸.• (¸.•´¸¸.•¨¯`•.¸¸
Guest guest
Hi ,I think the yoga that you do is more advanced. This one might be too basic for you. I have some flexibility issues, so this one works beautifully for me. It hits everything I need to hit, and I'm able to modify easily.Hey, if you have time to track the stuff, you should keep doing it. Even if you don't go back to look at it, it still helps to track it. It reinforces a positive activity. I'm so time-crunched right now that I need to distill it down to the essentials.I hope you're having a great day!, who is tragically behind on emails ..
