Guest guest
hi donna - im not sure if i have the classifications right for the 12 longevity and focus workouts but i gave it a shot from the info in the VF thread and tracie's website (which seems a bit contradictory, but no biggie). im not sure that i like how the two week rotation is set up, so i would come up with my own rotation (of course! why miss out on that fun?) im also not sure if i can actually do these workouts, but im willing to give them a try, accepting the fact that i might have to drop out and feel like a failure (again!). classifications: interval: lift higher - 30 mins power up - 30 mins staying power - 50 mins back up - 50 mins defined lines - 50 mins cardio: kickback - 30 mins breakthrough - 30 mins step forward - 50 mins weightless - 30 mins strength: defining shape - 50 mins leaning out - 50 mins recovery: reach further - 30 mins generic rotation: 1-interval 2-cardio 3-recovery 4-interval 5-cardio 6-strength 7-rest 8-interval 9-cardio 10-recovery 11-interval 12-cardio 13-strength 14-rest 15-interval specific rotation: 1-lift higher - 30 min 2-kickback - 30 min 3-reach further - 30 min 4-power up - 30 min 5-breakthrough - 30 min 6-defining shape - 30 min 7-rest 8-staying power - 50 min 9-weightless - 30 min 10-reach further - 30 min 11-back up - 50 mins 12-step forward - 50 min 13-leaning out - 50 min 14-rest 15-defined lines - 50 min :*carolyn. Guest guest
Of course, I love your ideas! I do know what you mean about Tracie and the potential for injury b/c of her creative moves - she does cue well and she uses excellent form but sometimes you get caught up in the workout and forget some stuff! Or, you get tired and your form goes off. I think that is one reason why I stayed away from these for so long. I'm feeling somewhat adventurous, so I may try it!
