Hi Carolyn -

I think I found the rotation and classifications! I don't have the new Reboot or Figure workouts...so I didn't put those in. It is based on a template, but I seem to recall finding the rotation w/ the DVDs specified somewhere...... not sure - maybe VF? I am not sure if I will need a recovery week after X-Factor or not ----hmmm....I did take 3 days off from work that week. So maybe a recovery week would be nice, I think I'll play it by ear and plan to start it either right after X-Factor or a week later. For the "rest" days I will likely do yoga or Fusion - I also do have to "schedule" my walk in - so it may take me off schedule a bit to do that - I used to do a morning workout and then my walk but that got a little crazy in terms of getting stuff done for "life"I hope you feel better soon and things swing the other way for you!!Donna
