Sometimes fibromyalgia will do that. I am newly diagnosed too, and my RA is

different. It is not my entire body, except for exhaustion, it is mainly certain

spots that swell and hurt.

For the past three weeks my body has felt like it was hit by a train.

When I woke up New Years Eve I felt like a had a whole new body (almost

pain free)

Of course I took advantage of that I cleaned my house from top to

bottom!

I have the pain back again but not nearly as bad as what I've

experienced in the past few weeks.

Do these good days usually come and go quickly?

Keep in mind I was diagnosed a year ago and have not started taking

meds yet (due to my own stupidity). I see the rheumy this Thursday.

My good and bad days depend mainly on my activity level. We went

dancing NYE and I thought for sure I would have bad pain the next

day. Not as bad as I expected. Did have a bad fibro flare prior to

New Years but it was better by NYE. Not sure what trigger my fibro

flares though. If I overdue it one day I am sorer the next.
