Friday Firm Strength

Hi all,

Yesterday I did my 5 mile walk commute, and today I did the very old Firm

Strength with Pam Cauthen. This one isn't as weird as Firm Vol 3 with Sanahl

Bergman, but it is pretty darned good. Maybe better. I got annoyed at the poor

cueing on the warmup. I hadn't done this one in YEARS, so I didn't remember the

routine. The cueing was better on the rest of the workout. The strength sections

are very nice. The pace of the strength segments is slow enough that you can

heavy up. I think I'll do Firm Cardio tomorrow and go really light.

It's my day off. I had a hard time getting started because my VHS player died, I

had a spare in the bedroom. I don't watch TV there anyway, so I brought it up to

the living room. Had an interesting time getting it to play well with the other

home theater electronics, but it's all set up.

On a related note, my feet need a break. I'm feeling some danger signs, like I

did a few years ago after running those 5Ks. I'll get my bike ready for action

tomorrow.
