Good evening!

I bought a new yoga DVD over the weekend and could hardly wait to try it out. It's called Fit Body Yoga led by Gwen Lawrence. It has 3 20 minute routines. I chose the "Core Definition". I previewed all 3 and they all looked great, even the core, but once I was down actually doing it I didn't like it near as much as my eyes did just watching it lol. She does a lot of planks and I was feeling it in my shoulders BIG TIME, but not so much in my abs.

I really like the instructor so I'm not giving up on this DVD. I'm going to do the other 2 routines this week.

On another note..... I got my new Amy Bento workouts in the mail FINALLY. I looked at those this evening and they look really good. The walking one looks so fun. It would be one I'd want to do on a Saturday morning when I don't want something super hard, but I want it to be fun. Amy is wonderful. I look forward to doing both workouts.
