Greetings, my friend, Ebony!

Some folks read the Poems I wrote,

and say " Man, You could make Money,like this! "

And I suppose they're right......

But, then I would'nt have replies like yours!

Each Word you give me is like a song,

and I Treasure each Thrilling note,

and your lovely replies are just as a kiss....

They keep me warm at night!

I'd rather not have my writing a chore....

Think of all the love I'd miss,

all the smiles I wouldn't give.....

I'd rather my Poetry be like this,

for, without you all,I'd have no reason to live.

I hereby freely give permission to anyone who wants

to compile my " writs " in a book...

(Boy, they'ed really have to " hunt)

They're all over the place..and, where would they

start to look?

I'd rather there be a soul like you,

who can go to bed tonight,

Knowing your'e loved, not for what you can do,

but because you are beautiful,and your friendship

brings me light!

When I recieve the words you have given,

my Heart lights up,and I have a " secret " smile,

for, it's me that you wrote to, and I 'm happy, and " Driven "

to yet write some more,'cause, Ebony, you are here with me,

and sweet thoughts of you linger a while!!!!

Maybe " The Family " don't care enough,

and there's times you feel so alone,

and just getting up out of bed is rough,

and there's no one who calls on the 'phone......

When times just seem to get like that,here's a thing

you need to remember....

It sounds kinda dumb(but it's really quite fun)

Christmas don't have to come in December........

Whenever you and I exchange words,and feelings

back and forth drift....

They're not " just some words " ..it's " Love on the Run " ,

'cause the words back and forth....are great Gifts!

I'm always in awe by your poems. It is like a magic show. I am always

asking how did he do that.

It feels more like storytelling though because it is in reply to many

of the messages here on the board, somehow you manage to answer each

message in just one poem. amazing and a kind, loving act.

let me know when your book comes out. such a shame not to share with

those not online.

Ken, I agree,

I do not take orders for my crafts, cause it takes the fun of making

it, out of it.

I would rather make it, & give it away. to some one in need that

does not know me.
