I worked 2 classes in the morning, came home for lunch and then worked 2 more this evening but in between I paid bills, did other paperwork stuff and did a workout. I did I Want Those Abs workout 1. Boy are my abs out of shape. All of me is these days and it has been bugging me horribly to see my toned body start to sag. My weight hasn't changed much but my body has. I doubt anyone besides me has noticed it but I'm all that matters. So, I forced myself to take less than 20 minutes and as I Want That Body was loading on the DVD player I did 20 push-ups on my knees. My right foot is still bugging me enough that anything with much impact or pressure on my toes is out for now and those push-ups were hardenough too. Anyway, I feel good that I did something. Tomorrow, assuming I decide to make it work again (I've got 3 meetings in a row in 3 different locations, TONS of driving, and then home for dinner then a 4th meeting in the evening), I'm planning on upper body (probably another 15-20 minute workout), including more push-ups. Wednesday will be lower body (and push-ups) then I might try a short video on Thursday for a little cardio. We'll see though, I don't want to get too ambitious. I've pushed myself backwards too many times by pushing forward too hard too soon so I'm trying not to do too much now. I went to bed and woke up with moderately sore abs and since I know that was caused by pushing myself in a good way I feel great about that! It's so crazymaking when you want to, but can't find the way to do it without pain. Thanks, !
