ive had 3 days rest from my usual deli work, and i think that the

drugs are really kicking in, because i feel alot better today.

YAY!!!

this morning i walked through a wooded area in the city and the

adjoining cemetary. did that a bunch of times as i was waiting

for dh to have a procedure done at the hospital. my pants and

crocs got so wet that i had to take them off and hold them in

front of my car's heater vents to dry them...it worked! LOL

this evening i had a really good fast walk with chinook. i had

lots of energy and not a single muscle or joint in my body hurts,

which is not the norm. i havent even used our hot tub for 2

days, which is also not normal. so, yep, im under 'the

influence' and im ok with it.... heehee.

overall, i racked up 20650 steps :)

i was shooting for 25000 but i will take the 20650.

i would have had to do another workout today to get that far and

i had to spend the time sitting down preparing for a deli

training session that im giving tomorrow. i didnt really feel

like doing another workout anyway.

im still not 100% (dont know if i ever will be) but im feeling

more positive and am itching to get back to xfactor (modified) on

sunday :)

:*carolyn.

.... the next time i mess up my stupid ribs, please tell me to go

to the dr right away instead of suffering for 2 weeks, ok? :)

if i keep bugging her when i have flare-ups then maybe she

will do something about it instead of just giving me anti-inflams

and relaxers. also i guess i will have to go back to physio one

of these days.... but i dunno, im not too keen on it since the

govt is closing the facility and they are discharging me at the

beginning of june anyway. i keep having flareups despite physio

so .....
