Guest guest Posted June 10, 2012 Report Share Posted June 10, 2012 I often find myself in the mindset of feeling like I need to do harder workouts - but I really do wonder if that is the case? Maybe once or twice a week something a bit more, but the rest of the time these? I've felt that way too. I try to do at least a couple hard ones a week. I think we need to push ourselves at times, but not everyday.
