I wanted to walk outside to loosen up my calves but it looked like rain so I went to the Center Sweat Shop and listened to my audio book while power walking on the treadmill instead. Did my usual 300 calories' worth and stretched the calves afterward.

The Center SS locker room is very nice for what it is, and some sweet person leaves quality stuff for us to use - Aveda body lotion, Body Shop face cream, an orchid/vanilla shower gel and my favorite, the Avon minty face scrub exfolliant wash. It feels so good to take a shower in the middle of a work day, wash my hair, shave my legs.. ditching work a few minutes early today to run next door with a friend to see Snow White and Huntsman and go to my favorite Vietnamese/Thai restaurant for some curry tofu over jasmine rice.

I hope that tomorrow I can get my butt outta bed for Group Kick. She's doing a different routine now, one that she got to choose herself so I'm sure it's gonna be off that charts, it's my favorite instructor Lori teaching it.

It's just been a good day for no real reason.
