Guest guest Posted June 8, 2012 Report Share Posted June 8, 2012 Hi friends, Sorry I dropped out for a bit. Things got quite hectic and I had to let go of online things until things calmed down. I'm going to do my best to keep up again. I miss you all when I'm not checking in. In the meantime, I'm still in STS Strength Meso 1. I've been doing STS strength every 2 or 3 days, but sometimes I was short on time and subbed shorter total body workouts. My favorite total body sub has been The Firm Maximum Body Shaping with Long. I'm still playing my old VHS version. That is such a wonderful little workout. Was it wise to do STS chest, shoulders, and biceps the day before a mammogram? That was Disk 7, the one with a gazillion push ups. I'll find out later today. I am sore. For cardio, I've logged lots of walking miles. I have done a 50 mile ride roughly every 2 weeks. Those rides have been 25 miles each way on work days. I took the week off from riding this week. Looking forward to catching up and seeing what you're all doing. I enjoyed it, don't get me wrong.... I was just ready to move on.
