She is just soooooo genuine, not to mention athletically top notch. She cues well too. I really adore her. Sounds like a rockin class and instructor. That Alice song doesn't seem like it would work, too slow? Good job. Guest guest Posted August 3, 2012 Report Share Posted August 3, 2012 , the music in these workouts aren't the originals, they are covers, and the bpm are sped up so that it will work for aerobics (and this way Alice won't sound like the Chipmunks lol) I think you would like Body Combat or Group Kick. Have you ever thought of getting a free week pass at a gym near you to try out classes? I had a very fun time and Lori is just one of those stellar instructors you get high off just being around.
